2001: First Cutouts

Amie Dicke’s first experiments with her self-described “cut-out” technique were shown in a double show with another artist, Thijs Kauffmann. The cut-out technique would soon become highly recognisable, reproduced approvingly in the pages of the glossy magazines from which Dicke had gleaned her source materials.
